Creedmoor Sports is excited to announce the promotion of Gina Williams to the position of Customer Care and Operations Manager.
Gina reports directly to Greg Kantorovich, President/Owner of Creedmoor Sports. Gina will be responsible for directing all matters in providing Creedmoor customers with the best customer service possible, in addition to managing Operations.
“Gina’s 12 years of experience of working directly with Creedmoor’s customers provides her with a deep appreciation of the efforts required to provide superb service to Creedmoor’s customer base. Customers from all over the world have taken time to express how Gina treats them as if they were one of the Creedmoor family and how she truly enjoys helping them with their shooting needs,” explained Greg Kantorovich, President of Creedmoor Sports.
“As Creedmoor’s customer base continues to grow, we felt it was important to have one person coordinating all the activities associated with customer care,” said Greg. “We have watched a lot of companies in growth periods and the first thing they seem to lose touch with is their commitment and involvement with their customers. We couldn’t think of anyone better than Gina to act as our guardian to ensure we always keep the close connection we have with our customers. This isn’t about making sure the packages go out the fastest in the industry or some metric that people pride themselves on achieving for measuring customer care. It is simply about focusing on our customers, keeping the personal connection with them, treating them as an individual and not as customer number umpteen thousand.
